5 Reasons Why Your Organization Can Benefit from Electric Tractors | October 18, 2022

Organizations throughout the country are looking for ways to reduce their emissions, and what better way to start than with their tractor equipment? For over 100 years, tractors have remained largely unchanged. As a result, operators face many of the same challenges today as they did a century ago, including noise and air pollution, volatility of fuel costs, frequent downtime, and maintenance. What if all these challenges could be solved with one simple solution—an electric tractor?

Electric tractors integrate seamlessly with your existing sustainability initiatives by offering fleet operators cleaner, quieter, and more reliable operations while reducing their carbon footprint. Join us to learn how your organization can benefit from electric tractors. In this webinar, Solectrac will:

  1. Explore how electric tractors are decarbonizing off-road fleets and review current and future product offerings.

  2. Uncover unique performance benefits that only electric tractors can provide including the advantage of battery weight and instant torque.

  3. Demonstrate how electric tractors offer many advantages compared to traditional tractors including zero emissions, no idling, and reduced noise.

  4. Review what organizations and applications electric tractors are well suited for and how operations around people and animals demonstrate your commitment to the community.

  5. Discover what today’s electric tractors cost and how they can lower the total cost of ownership (TCO) as compared to traditional diesel tractors.

Build Your Fleet Dream Team | November 15, 2022

As a fleet professional, you have a lot of demands: leading your teams, maintaining equipment, and managing a large budget. You do not have time for selling your needs to procurement and leadership teams. However, acquiring fleet equipment and parts can be challenging without a shared understanding of what is needed.

You put a lot of time and energy into your fleet operations to make it run smoothly. Purchasing puts a lot of time and energy into solicitations to be compliant and follow legal processes. Your goals may at times seem conflicting, yet, when leveraged effectively, you can effectively get the equipment you need when you need it.

Sourcewell will share tools other fleet professionals use to drive effective collaboration for mutual success between your fleet team and procurement staff. Watch the Testimonial Video by Sourcewell on Youtube.

Video Telematics Applications & Benefits | May 5, 2022

When first introduced telematics was associated with GPS–vehicle location and speed information. However, it is much more than that. It provides real time information of any type that is of importance to understanding a vehicle’s use, operation, environment and other factors. Among the fastest and most promising developments in fleet management is video telematics. The simple addition of a fleet camera to monitor inside and outside the vehicle has opened the field to a vast number of new uses. Video telematics combines video data, computer vision technology, and vehicle data to deliver insights that telematics alone cannot. Video provides a platform to understand why something occurred to prevent it from happening again or to provide predictive warnings to avoid an event . Cameras form the basis of an Advanced Driver Assistance System. Coupled with other sensors and technologies fleets can achieve improved safety, driver performance and efficiency. Hear about real fleet applications and results.
